Futsushu (普通酒) covers every sake that doesn't meet the premium-grade rules: more added alcohol, unpolished or uninspected rice, or other ingredients. It ranges from cheap carton sake to well-made local table sake that simply isn't labeled with a grade.
Some brewers skip the grade system on purpose. A bottle without a grade isn't necessarily a lesser sake — check the polishing ratio and ingredients on the back label.
How to drink it: usually warm, with everyday food.
