Most sake is diluted with a little water before bottling to bring it to around 15%. Genshu (原酒) is bottled as it came from the press, so it's fuller and more concentrated. Many modern “nama genshu” bottles are both unpasteurized and undiluted.
How to drink it: chilled or on the rocks — a little ice softens the alcohol and opens it up.
