Dewasansan (出羽燦々) was developed by Yamagata prefecture to give its brewers a local rice for ginjo sake. It is used together with Yamagata yeast and koji for the “Dewa33” certification, and Yamagata was the first prefecture to earn a geographical indication for sake.
In the glass: soft, smooth and gently fruity, with a light, clean finish.
